Most coaches I speak to these days see the value of doing high-ticket programmes. Whether that’s coaching packages, 1:1 intensives, group training programmes or retreats with your clients, the advantages are pretty clear:

Here’s why they're so great:

• Massive Impact: Doing deeper work (often over a longer period) increases your ability to have a massive transformational impact in your client’s life.

• Committed Clients: When your client truly sees the value of investing in themselves at a high level, they tend to be deeply committed to their own transformation.

When you’re working with a handful of clients on high-ticket packages and programmes, you get to spend a lot less time selling and a lot more time coaching.

For instance, in my 1:1 coaching business, I never have more than six clients at any given time (what I call the “Six-Client Coaching Model”). Working with committed clients on longer-term, high-ticket coaching packages allows you to:

• be very selective about who you work with,
• go ‘above and beyond’ in the level of service you provide, and
• earn a premium fee that’s fully aligned with this level of service and impact.

Coaches and change-workers who are already working in this way will confirm this...

But there’s a problem:
I often meet highly-experienced coaches who are successfully using a coaching package model, but still struggle when it comes to enrolling clients on longer-term, truly “high ticket” packages. This is despite being clear that they’d *love* the opportunity to have the massive transformational impact these packages would afford them.

For newer coaches, there’s a different problem. Most coaches are so used to the “charge by the hour” paradigm that they don’t have a reference model for what it takes to enrol a client on a longer-term coaching package.

You need to enroll your client in a bigger vision for their lives, and what’s possible for them.

✅  How to find out what your client really, really wants (this is crucial for them to sign up with you) so you can identify ‘the result behind the result’ that unlocks your client’s deepest motivation.
